mary ann green, Esq., has been practicing law in private practice for nearly 20 years. Her practice is primarily limited to guardianships and conservatorships, wills, trusts, probate, Medicaid law and estate planning for the elderly and disabled. Ms. Green received her B.A. and M.A. degrees from Northwestern University and her J.D. degree from the University of New Mexico School of Law. She has lectured at continuing legal education programs and community education programs on a variety of elder law issues both on a statewide and regional level. Ms. Green is a member of the Elder Law and the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Sections of the New Mexico State Bar Association, the Albuquerque Bar Association, the New Mexico Estate Planning Council and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. Ms. Green has served on the Alzheimer Board of Directors and the Alzheimer Association Advisory Committee. She currently serves on the Board of Silver Horizons New Mexico, Inc., a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting programs, services and events to the Senior population of New Mexico.
